Tim Tebow Talks Homeschooling on GMA; Homeschooling in Color Expo

Former Heisman Trophy winner and NFL quarterback, Tim Tebow, appeared on Good Morning America to promote his new book. In the interview with Jessica Mendoza (who also homeschools her children) he talked about his mission to reach kids who are homeschooled and let them know that it’s OK to be different.

The Homeschooling in Color Expo will take place January 19, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 4p.m. at the Tallahassee Community College Workforce Development Center. Hosted by Nurturology, LLC, the expo will focus on educating the “melanin child”. The expo will feature two speakers: Queen Taese and Alecia Blackwood. The Parent and Educator Resource Central collection, or PERC, at the Lincoln Library in Springfield, IL has books and teaching aids available to homeschooling parents. The materials focus on educational philosophy, behavioral skills and instructional support. More information is available at lincolnlibrary.info.
