The Homeschool Foundation is Becoming HSLDA Compassion and Other News

Established in 1994, The Homeschool Foundation has helped families homeschool through difficult situations. After providing over 15,000 grants to help homeschooling families in hardship, The Homeschool Foundation will formally become part of HSLDA and be known as HSLDA Compassion. Social media logos and all communications will soon change and the current website will soon be integrated with the HSLDA website. Aldo Leopold Nature Center in Monona, WI is now accepting registrations for its fall semester homeschool classes. Classes will be offered on Tuesdays for 15 weeks between September 11 and December 18. The cost per class is $12 per student and a discount is offered if you register for all classes. The Emerald Coast Theatre Company in Miramar Beach, FL is accepting applications for their homeschool program. Students in 2nd to 6th grade will make their own costumes and learn stage presence from August 23rd to December 13th. Rehearsals will be at Rise Dance Studio from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and students will perform Big Al on the last day of class for friends and family.
