Rock & Roll Homeschool, Imagination Station, STEM and Art Classes

Radkey has released their latest single, “Rock & Roll Homeschool”. The three brothers from Missouri that make up the trio were homeschooled and said it’s one of the reasons they had so much time to write songs. Radkey is currently on tour in the U.S. and will start a European tour in 2019.



The latest issue of “Live It!” magazine features stories on two homeschooling families. The stories explore the benefits of homeschooling and participating in co-ops.

The Potomac Branch of the Montogomery County Libraries in Maryland has an Advanced Homeschool STEM Club for ages 9 to 18 at 2 p.m. on October 11th. October’s topic is 3-D printing. Registration required by calling 301-375-7375.

The Imagination Station in Wilson, NC has homeschool days and a Homeschool Science Club. Homeschool days are the second Thursday of every month and the club meets the third Friday of every month. More information is available at scienceandhistory.org.

All homeschool students and parents are invited to attend The Grace Museum’s monthly art classes. Topics range from fine art techniques to art history, to culture and traditions. Classes are available for K-12 aged students. More information is available at thegracemuseum.org.
