From home school to a hoops hotbed, Tar Heels’ Jackson finding his way
One of those, Wednesday night’s trip to No. 4 Duke, will come complete with several days of incessant hype. So when it comes time to do something like plan a meeting with his INLS 89 classmates to work on a group project about building smarter cities, it can become an adventure.
He’s in the midst of the potentially jarring transition from being homeschooled to living the life of a high-profile basketball player on the campus of a large, hoops-crazy university.
