A great article at BradfordToday.ca highlights the Simcoe County Un/Homeschool Club. The club has over 800 families and seeks to “connect and support like-minded, home-educating families in a safe and respectful community.” The article dispels a lot fo misunderstandings about homechooling in Canada.

The Virginia Living Museum will hold a “Homeschool Day” on September 28, 2018. Programs will be available for homeschool students in grades K-12. Tours, planetarium shows, and the environmental lab will be available. For more information and to register visit thevlm.org.

The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles with hold 4 homeschool days over the 2018-19 school year. Four dates are scheduled throughout the year. The first takes place October 9th, 2018. No registration is required and admission is free. More information is available at nhm.org.
